PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS OF ROB FULLARTON, PRESIDENT

Rob Fullarton graduated from California State University, Northridge in 1980 with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Finance. Since 1980, he has been involved full time in the real estate industry.

1980-1987
As an agent for Ramsey-Shilling Company from 1980 – 1987, Rob gained experience in sales and leasing of residential and commercial real estate in Toluca Lake, Burbank and the surrounding communities.

1987-1994
In 1987 Rob moved to Beitler Commercial Real Estate and specialized in sales and leasing of office and industrial properties throughout the Los Angeles area.

1994- 2013
With a desire to offer clients a more full service array of professionals Rob joined Gribin Properties in 1994. Since that time Rob has been involved in the sale and leasing of approximately 20 properties each year and the management of many residential and commercial properties for his clients throughout the Southern California region.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Gribin Robco Management was formed in 1999 by Rob Fullarton, President and David Gribin, Vice President, to handle property management for a select number of clients.

Rob Fullarton, President, has since managed a variety of properties for his clients and has joined IREM, known as the Institute of Real Estate Management. IREM is an association of more than 10,000 property and asset managers formed to elevate and maintain ethical and professional standards in the field of property management. It offers continual educational courses to keep its members up to date on industry trends and promote professional excellence.

Rob Fullarton currently oversees the management of more than 20 properties in the Los Angeles area. As an active member of The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Mr. Fullarton is in the process of becoming a Certified Property Manager (CPM).
